Like, yeah, this guy a prick, and a dumb one at that, but why is that cop threatening his life well after he has been neutralized? He’s no longer a threat. It seems like it’s been normalized for police officers to behave shitty in every situation because they MIGHT have to deal with danger. I absolutely agree with you. I’m happy they got him but the unprofessional, unnecessarily aggressive language, plus the ‘bro club’ yelling, fist-bumping, and frat-like behavior really shocked me. You would never see this kind of behavior from the police here in the UK. Is this kind of thing normal in the States or is this rare.

This is Chicago. People kill cops The Most Disrespected Neglected Unprotected Person In America Is The Black Woman Shirt and other people with ZERO regard. This guy would kill both of those cops and not even feel bad- it’s how Chicago is. I know firsthand. These cops have to be incredibly intimidating to make these people not want to shoot back at them. If the cops show any weakness they will jump at the opportunity. I think in a different city or something- it’s different. But in Chicago (the city of murders) the police have to have basically an iron will and be incredibly fierce. Bear in mind that they still have to walk him to the car when he knows he’s facing a lengthy jail sentence.
