I have two large bins for recycling, and it comes once weekly. If I forget two or three times to put it out, both my bins are overflowing with stuff. If I had to go three whole months I think I’d almost just give up! You would be Pretty Rum Ham Shirt surprised at the amounts of alcohol a career drinker can consume. At the height of my career, I would fill a garbage can with crushed cans in a week and another half full of bottles. I could easily put away a 30 pack in a day. I’m relatively certain this neighbor could have dried those up through the quarantine… I kinda feel bad for them, hopefully, they find their peace as I did.

I thought I did too until I had to go to AA meetings after getting a DUI. I know how that sounds, and I did drink a lot, but I wasn’t anywhere close to the level some of these people were. The first one I went to the speaker talked about his habits. This included things like filling a shampoo bottle with vodka so he could drink in the shower without his family noticing, having a Pretty Rum Ham Shirt handle in his car so he could drink immediately after getting off work, and often times on the way home and getting completely fucked up before a colonoscopy even though he wasn’t supposed to drink anything, let alone booze. All of that being said, if you think you have a problem and need help, go to AA.

I had to do 10 for my DUI and I’ve been to a few since because they are so incredibly supportive. Also, they’re all different. A couple was really into the religious aspect of it, many dismissed it entirely. I’ve met people who have not only gotten support through AA but also jobs and met spouses. I’m sure this pandemic will send some people to Pretty Rum Ham Shirt a place they don’t want to go to. Just know that these groups are out there and they leave stigma at the door. You walk in, you’re a person who needs help and they will help you. From my experience, they will also let you go at your own pace and won’t force or bully you into something you don’t want to do. Even if that means you going out and getting fucked up again, You’ll be welcomed back.
