So i am talking to my neighbor friend about this and he confirmed that this is something people actually name their pets in this town. He provided two examples; one of a guy walking around an Awesome Caucasians Pride Vintage Shirt. Also, the neighbor was a local police dispatcher. Not sure if that last bit matters but it kinda makes one think. All I know is that I’m disappointed in some of the people in my town. The only thing that makes me feel better is I personally know a lot of good people and the support that turned up for our BLM march was astounding. Still though. Makes me kinda want to move.

A friend had a black cat that he named Satan. He said that calling for him in the neighborhood got him some hard looks. (And Satan was an excellent cat, I must say.). In the H.P. This is something I’ve been wondering about lately- do any racists actually think of themselves as such? It seems as if they all have the “Well I’m not a racist but . . .” mindset, and I wonder if any of them actually admit it to themselves or to others? Have any of us ever an Awesome Caucasians Pride Vintage Shirt? Or is it always a case of, “It’s not you, it’s not me, it’s that guy over there behind that tree?” Discuss. They usually don’t. They only think of racism at its very worst, I.e. they’re not out lynching anyone so they can’t possibly be racist.
