Mike from Two Rivers alt. school, you are the best and if you see this thank you for not treating me like an acid bomb about to go off like every other teacher. It happens, but good teachers always remain with us. Teachers need more value, especially the ones who always care so much for their students that they use their own money to fund for things. Makes me wonder why my kindergarten teacher ripped up my drawings and told me to read, after.

I had always finished reading Sugar Skull Flower Assuming I’M Just An Old Lady Was Your First Mistake Shirt whatever it was we were assigned before everyone else. I’ll never forget it. My kindergarten teacher gave me a bunch of old toys and games when I was getting ready to go to first grade because I didn’t have them at home. Ms. Roselli. I’ll never forget that. Huge props to all the teachers out there. I considered being a teacher but was basically warned by every teacher I ever spoke to about it to Do Not Do It. So all I do is tutor high school students (and tbh it’s great – better pay, more effective bc it’s one on one, and less administrative bullshit).
