These guys are supposed to be acting professionally and in a matter of seconds, they devolve into thugs. If they were in the midst of a struggle, I understand the heat of the moment comments. But like you said, the guy is on his stomach and handcuffed. You got him, it’s over. Plus the fact that the guy gave up without even the thought of putting up a fight. This guy is running around high giving everyone….. idk it’s hard to have any respect for someone like that.
