Are we still doing Hocus Pocus Get Trick Or Treating Halloween shirt Halloween this year? I figured the killjoys would’ve nixed it for sure. Edit: some of em are in here now, crying into their pillows at the idea that they may not be able to ruin the fun for everyone, based on their crippling fear. The crazy thing is that overall, kids are being so much more mature and reasonable about this than most adults. We canceled all our vacation plans and my kids haven’t complained or whined once. Same thing with wearing masks. I hate that the adults who are being such selfish assholes are going to drag this out longer than necessary and make it needlessly harder on the kids.

My nieces wear their masks Hocus Pocus Get Trick Or Treating Halloween shirt to an uncrowded state park to ride their bikes (they’re 4 and 8 and we live on a dirt road.) They’ll straight up ask, the entire way “Are you sure you brought our masks?” YES and backups, everybody has masks except for the plague rats, calm down. That’s awesome! My girls are similar ages. Seeing how thoughtful and resilient these kids are giving me so much hope for the future. Maybe they’ll be able to undo the damage the boomer generation did. Although I guess they aren’t done just yet.
